I've been trying to catch up with everyone's blog this weekend. Goodness...I'm so outa the loop right now. At least this week, my shift's are from 8:30am - 6:00pm. Alot better than working until 7:30 every nite. That about killed me last week.
I did manage to start a mini book yesterday. I'm going to use this to record all the fun stuff Troy and I do this year. So far, the first page has the movie tickets from our date night a couple of weeks ago! Such a fun nite. I'm going to use all my favorite colors and papers in this book!! I think at the end of the year, it will be really fun to look through! And I've been trying to keep up with the Paper Adventure - I'm behind one week. So, I need to get that done as well. Really enjoying that project. And I was reading Ali Edward's blog the other day - and I LOVED the felt book she put together!! I SO wanna try that as well. So many wonderful ideas, and not enough time to do it all in!!!
I put together a huge pot of spaghetti this afternoon! It smells SOO wonderful! I use my mom's made-from-scratch spaghetti recipe except I add Italian sausage, bell peppers, and mushrooms!! YUM! My brother-in-law, his girlfriend, and my nephew, Kaleb, are all coming over this evening to have spaghetti with us. It's been about 3 weeks since I've seen Kaleb - I bet he has grown soo much...
Well - it's a beautiful day here in Florida. Finally! I've been so tired of the rainy, cold, gray days. And Ms. Lucy says hello too!!
